New Cross Road SE14 – Phase 1
Through a process of site assembly, 12 flats were acquired in several transactions. Completion of the initial purchase of 7 freehold flats at auction coincided with the parallel transaction of the vacant commercial space at ground level. Three subsequent transactions at auction and through private treaty completed the site.
The 12 existing flats were fully refurbished, re-let and refinanced.
A portion of the flats are held by the director in private capacity.

New Cross is at the centre of change and regeneration in South East London. Driven by excellent transport links London Bridge, Cannon Street and Charing Cross are only seven to ten minutes away by train.
